Lacrosse was a great showing for Jim and Mechanical Mischief! In two rounds of freestyle, Jim lit the crowd up with several vertical sky wheelies and even got a couple of slap wheelies. Between rounds of freestyle, Jim and the Felon crew thrashed on Mechanical Mischief to repair a broken steering ram and get the truck running. Jim then took his aggression out on the track, with some big air and another slap wheelie to leave the Lacrosse crowd cheering its approval. Jim was nominated for "Arena Wheelie of the Year" for his tailgate-planting wheelie in Rockford at the Monster Jam Awards Banquet. He is currently lining up summer shows, and we will have more media and a schedule released soon!

Madison, Wisconsin treated Jim well, with three solid shows in three days at the Alliant Energy Center. More information is HERE. Jim heads for his hometown show in Rockford this weekend!

Jim made the most of the biggest stop on his schedule, clocking a faster run than Grave Digger in qualifying and just missing a first round upset of El Toro Loco in racing. His freestyle was highlighted by its fast pace and an awesome rolling wheelie to end it (pictured above). Next up for Jim is Madison, Wisconsin. Enjoy, and more is to come!

Week two of Jim's season is in the books, and it was another good one. Nashville was treated to a good show courtesy of Mechanical Mischief.
"We went through the truck again before the show and I picked up a couple of things," said Jim. "I was really happy with my wheelie in the second show; I put it on the tailgate and felt good about that."
Jim had two great efforts in the wheelie contest and was a tough draw in racing, too.
"I feel like if I get just a bit smoother, I'll be taking the truck farther racing," he said. "I'm looking forward to this weekend in Minneapolis!"

Jim got 2010 started off with a bang in Council Bluffs for Monster Jam, surprising everyone with an awesome new look for the truck, courtesy of SteelSkinz. It was a big hit throughout the four-show, three-day weekend, and Jim rose to the occasion, making solid passes all weekend with no damage, and even grabbing a wheelie contest win. Burns walked the truck over the set of cars and rode it off, and his 24 was the winning score for Sunday’s show. Other highlights included a 26 in freestyle at one show and a huge jump off the racing lane during another freestyle.
“It was a good first weekend for sure,” said Jim. “People seem to like the look of the truck; I like it, and we’ve just got a few things to tweak on it before Nashville next weekend.”
